From 2001 to 2011 we were responsible for the selection and design of all significant project worldwide for Xchanging plc, a major British outsourcing business.
Our strategy was to create efficient, recognisable workspace in different locations and administrations. We developed a Domesday Book of all workplaces worldwide with comparative metrics to allow management to score performance. We linked all major hubs with broadcast quality video conferencing located in communication hubs to be found in the front halls.
